Henri Moll

After studying Dutch law and tax law, I have been working as a tax advisor for more than 30 years, of which more than 20 years as an entrepreneur myself. In addition to general tax practice, I am regularly involved in mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations, both fiscally and in the position of dealmaker and negotiator. In addition, I also focus on international tax law and business development by connecting people business wise or advising them on new plans.

Ton Kamp

After working for 8 years at the Tax Authorities as a direct tax inspector in Rotterdam, I started my own practice in 1995. In 2000 I entered into a collaboration with Henri (Maquis). Specialized in tax pension issues, annuities and formal tax law (including conducting legal proceedings).

In 2017 I obtained the master tax law (international & European tax law) at the University of Amsterdam. As a (junior) partner/tax advisor I work in almost all areas of tax law, with a special focus on starters, self-employed persons and the Income & Corporation tax return practice.

Caroline Catshoek

After studying HEAO-Economic-Legal at the HES in Rotterdam and Tax Law at the University of Leiden, I worked in various tax jobs, including in Paris. I started my own tax practice in Rotterdam in 1999 and have also been active at Maquis since 2001. I joined Maquis as a partner in 2012 with a general private practice and also specialize in tax counseling for divorces (www.uitelkaar.NU), complex tax returns and tax savings for entrepreneurs.

Johan van de Put

Trained at the tax authorities as an auditor and subsequently studied tax law, worked for more than 23 years at the tax authorities, both operationally and in management. In 2003 I became a tax partner at a regional accountants and tax consultancy. Also active as a tax teacher for a long time. In 2015 I sought freedom again and joined Maquis. Besides the general practice specialized in the field of tax audits, income tax and formal tax law.

Jan Beers

After successful completion of studies in Dutch law, tax law and notarial law, I worked at various leading tax consultancy firms. Also affiliated with The Hague University of Applied Sciences as a lecturer for some time already. Specialist in inheritance law, estate planning, transfer tax and notarial issues. I also regularly publish in professional journals and also gives presentations and lectures. Working as an estate planner and tax advisor and affiliated with Maquis since 2016.
