We are open about our rates. For the most part, we invoice based on hourly rates. Deviating agreements sometimes apply to Mergers & Acquisitions. You will find our rates here.

The following conditions apply to our services.

We like clarity about our rates. We invoice monthly.

The following (hourly) rates (excluding VAT) apply for tax advice:

Mergers & Acquisition rates

This usually concerns negotiations for acquisitions (purchase and sales), mergers and MBOs/MBIs, contract supervision (in collaboration with a lawyer), financing, and support in writing business plans.

We do this:

- based on an hourly declaration (€275) or;

- based on a pre-agreed fee (usually related to the proceeds);

- or a mixture thereof.

This will of course be agreed with you in advance.
